Flash Photography for Beginners 17th March 2018 Brighton
Beginners Flash Photography Workshop
Saturday 17th of March
Brighton, East Sussex.
After the success of the Flash photography for beginners course, I am proud to announce another 2 dates in MARCH 2018.
Crawley, Saturday 10th of March
Brighton, Saturday 17th of March
The idea of the day is to teach each individual about the basics of flash photography and how to get more out of their camera.
We will start off in a class room where I will go through all the details of the day ahead, then I will lead into a 1-hour introduction to flash photography and you’ll learn a lot about what your camera is capable of.
Then we will get out in the real world and go put your new found knowledge to the test. I will also show you just how much you can use natural light to make incredible images.
Using various techniques and methods, I will show you exactly how you can get the most from your DSLR and flash gun.
The main aim of the course is to leave you with knowledge on how to get the most out of using a flash, how to read the light around you, what settings will get you the results you want.
The course will last 6 hours in total.
All you will need is your camera, lenses and a willingness to learn.
Some light snacks will be supplied.
Not being baffled by technical jargon and simple explanations helped massively getting started with flash, has made me want to learn more about high-speed sync photography.
It was cool that you showed us the images we were going to capture that day as I couldn’t imagine myself taking those shots, then we went out and took them. Great day all round!
Being hands on instead of being stuck behind a laptop just learning the theory. Going out and capturing the images afterwards inspired me to do more with my camera.
I enjoyed the classroom section and found your teaching style very engaging.
